How to use:

• Wash your hands before touching the product
• Wet your toothbrush and apply a sufficient amount of toothpaste on it. Use a soft brush if you have sensitive teeth
• To further soften the brush, dip it in warm water for few seconds
• Brush your teeth regularly for about 2 – 3 minutes
• Throw out the foam and rinse your mouth with warm or water at room temperature
